The 4th Africa development meeting will be held in Yokohama-shi in May.Foreign Minister Masahiko Takamura gave a lecture in Tokyo on the 23rd.The government plan which builds about 1000 schools in Africa was announced.It makes it complete over five years.Teaching methods are guided.300,000 teachers of a developing country including Africa are targetted for it.Personnel training is also due to be strengthened.
